Agricultural Insulation

Foam spray is the insulation of choice when insulating any type of agricultural building, as the foam is spray applied it makes insulating even the most difficult of buildings easy. Sprayed foam can be used on roofs, walls and floors to provide a complete layer of insulation, making temperature and environment control much easier in any building. Foam insulation can be used on many different surfaces including; asbestos, fibre cement, steel, tin, concrete, stone, plastic and breathable membranes, meaning virtually any agricultural building can benefit from sprayfoam insulation.

Barn Conversions

Foam spray insulation is the modern way to insulate older buildings, including when converting barns or similar properties. Using sprayed foam insulation, modern Building Regulation requirements can be met and exceeded even in the trickiest of places, and with the minimum of lost space and disruption. Foam insulation can be used to insulate the roof, whether this is old or being re-roofed, the walls and if required the floor, providing a complete envelope of insulation for the whole building. When insulating older buildings spray foam can be used where other forms of insulation can't, such as vaulted ceilings where old timber trusses and beams can be left exposed as features. Due to the excellent thermal properties of sprayed foam, insulation levels can be achieved with less depth of foam than conventional methods of insulation, meaning the insulation can fit between roof trusses and beams without the need to cover them.

Boat Insulation

Spray foam insulation provides the ideal solution to insulate, stabilise and control condensation in any boat. The foam used has a class 1 fire rating complying with BS476 Part 7, is non-toxic and is CFC free. The foam's excellent thermal insulation means that insulation values can be achieved using the minimum of thickness, allowing the insulation to fit neatly between the battens inside the boat and delivering valuable space savings. Most boats will be fully insulated within half a day due to the speedy installation. We provide nationwide coverage to boatyards and owners across the country.

Commercial / Industrial Insulation

Commercial and industrial buildings can be insulated more quickly and easily with spray foam insulation than virtually any other method of insulation, meaning minimum disruption for the workplace. Foam insulation can be applied to many different surfaces including; steel, tin, aluminium, asbestos, fibre cement and concrete, and can be used to insulate roofs, walls, doors and even floors. Foam insulation can be applied to virtually any depth to suit your building, whether you are looking to achieve modern standards or just wish to keep a bit more heat in we can help. We also offer to work around your business when carrying out the work, we understand that companies do not want to have to shut down in order to have work carried out so we can offer to work at times suitable to you.

Condensation Control

Spray foam insulation provides the ideal solution for condensation control and prevention when used on metal roofs and walls, as well as on concrete, plastic, slate, tiles and many other construction materials. Due to the unique nature of spray foam, and the nature of application, foam insulation provides a monolithic layer of insulation with no gaps or joints, meaning condensation can be prevented with as little as 25mm of foam on metal roofs. On single skin metal roofs condensation can cause damage to stock, false ceilings and the building environment, installing spray foam insulation will completely cure these problems and prevent any future condensation issues arising. On completion of our work we will provide a guarantee that condensation problems will be cured, allowing you peace of mind for the future.

Domestic Roofing and Insulation

Foam roof insulation is used in domestic properties to both insulate and guarantee the roof, for at least the next 25 years. We will carry out any necessary roof repairs to your property, including replacing slates/tiles and re-flashing chimneys etc, before installing spray foam insulation. Once the spray foam is installed your roof will be guaranteed against slate/tile loss and water ingress through any treated areas for 25 years, insurance backed. We can also install a full range of Velux roof windows prior to spraying your roof, with these installed and your roof insulated your loft will be transformed into a valuable added space to be used for any purpose.

Solid Wall Insulation

Sprayed foam insulation can be used to insulate solid internal and external walls quickly and easily, with the minimum of preparation work and disruption. Solid walls can be spray insulated with polyurethane foam to meet Building Regulation requirements, or simply to add insulation to older properties. The foam can be applied in-between timber studs to allow the wall to be boarded, alternatively the foam can be left as the finished surface and either painted or plastered.
